２０年間いた精神病院を逃げ出してきたオチコちゃん（４０歳）。下水の中で寝泊まりをします。小さいので下水の蓋の下に入れます。身長３０センチです。

Ochiko (40 years old) has escaped from a mental hospital. She sleeps and lives in the sewers. Because she's small, she fits under the manhole cover.
